Director of Operations - Theme Parks

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily operations, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and develop multi‑disciplinary operational teams, fostering a strong service‑and performance‑driven culture
• Drive revenue growth by identifying commercial opportunities beyond the master plan, including pricing strategies, upselling, new experiences, partnerships, retail, and F&B optimisation
• Continuously review guest journeys and operational touchpoints to unlock new income streams and improve yield per visitor
• Balance operational efficiency with commercial ambition, ensuring revenue initiatives are scalable and sustainable
• Oversee facilities, asset management, and operational readiness of the attraction
• Implement policies, SOPs, risk management, and emergency response plans
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and long‑term operational and commercial planning
