We are seeking a Director of Professional Development to join our team.

The Director of Professional Development is an enthusiastic and strategic minded leader responsible for further developing and managing our associate programs, leading our student recruitment efforts and overseeing the firm’s student program. Reporting to the Partner in charge of Associates, the Director works directly with the firm’s associates and students to implement our programs, including orientation, professional development, wellness, mentorship and performance evaluations.
