Director of Recruiting Ops & Onboarding Systems

Proper is seeking a systems-oriented leader in Córdoba, Argentina, to enhance its recruiting and onboarding infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 8–12 years of experience in recruiting operations and knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems.

This role involves designing processes, optimizing systems, and overseeing the candidate journey. Success will be demonstrated through standardized procedures and effective use of analytics and AI in recruitment.
