Director of Resort Operations

Mangala Estate Boutique Resort is looking for an experienced Resort Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our five-star resort in Kuantan. This role includes managing the F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and more, ensuring outstanding guest services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration, proven experience in a similar role, and exceptional leadership skills. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
