Director of Retail Consulting

We are looking for

a results-driven Director of Retail Consulting to advise retailers adopting Focal and lead the change management process to maximize Focal’s impact. Reporting to the VP of Customer Success, the Director of Retail Consulting will work with a portfolio of enterprise customers to maximize ROI and ensure continued alignment between key stakeholders of Focal and our customers. In addition, s/he will grow the Retail Consulting team in Australia. An ideal candidate will have extensive experience in retail consulting, change management and team leadership.

What you will be doing

Consult with our customers in retail on how to best apply Focal to improve their operations

Lead the change management process with our customers as they trial and adopt Focal

Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

Seek and act upon opportunities for expansion within our customers
