Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing sales team within the promotional products, uniforms, and custom apparel space. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can drive accountability, and has a proven track record of growing large accounts while building structure within a sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a sales team, driving performance, accountability, and consistent follow-up
- Manage and optimize inbound and outbound sales pipelines, ensuring strong conversion and growth
- Own and expand key/national accounts, with a focus on accounts ranging from $25K–$500K+
- Establish and enforce sales processes, including KPIs, pipeline stages, and weekly reporting cadence
- Oversee quoting accuracy, timelines, and order quality to ensure smooth production handoff
