We are looking
 for a Director of Sales (Serviced Apartments/ Serviced Residences) to join our team!
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize occupancy and yield.

Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

Develop and implement marketing plans and guest recognition programs.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.

Champion staff development, training, and succession planning.
Essential:
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and customer service skills.
Desirable:
Certification in Hotel Management or Business Administration.
