Join Ford of Mexico’s Verification and Validation (V&V;) team, a vital part of our Connected Vehicle Software Organization, as we lead a fundamental transformation in electrical architecture management. We are pioneering a cross‑program Platform approach for software delivery, moving beyond traditional methods.

As the Director of Software and System Validation based in Mexico City, you will be a pivotal leader guiding the execution of verification and validation across all Ford programs. You will spearhead a multi‑regional team laser‑focused on defining and executing comprehensive testing strategies that meet the needs of individual vehicle programs while driving a unified Platform approach.
