Role
- Formulate and enable the implementation of Supply Chain strategies, plans, policies and procedures in alignment with Ektifa’s strategies & objectives
- Develop and oversee the function's budget to ensure financial resources are allocated efficiently and in alignment with organizational goals
- Establish a robust framework for tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of Supply Chain initiatives across Ektifa
- Develop and enforce supply chain frameworks, policies, and procedures, including supplier prequalification processes to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Establish and maintain efficient systems for procurement, warehouse management, and logistics to support seamless operations across all entities
