Director of Works and Physical Development at Catholic University College of Ghana

The Catholic University College of Ghana, Fiapre-Sunyani invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of Director of Works and Physical Development.

Duties/Responsibilities

The Head of Works and Physical Development shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor through the Registrar and will perform the following duties:

• Development and maintenance of the physical and infrastructural works and/or facilities of the University

• Exercise oversight responsibility over the operations of all the Municipal Services of the University

• Provide supervision of works and contracts to ensure that construction and renovations are in consonance with prevailing industry standards and specifications, taking due cognisance of the special needs and requirement of the university

• Advise the University on all matters affecting tenders on building and other projects of the university to enable the award of contracts
