The Director, Operations and Health Data plays a pivotal role in driving data-led transformation across life operations and health analytics. This role is responsible for leading local and Value Creation Center (offshore VCC) to integrate advanced data capabilities & insights into strategic decision-making, operational processes & decision to improve efficiency & customer experience, and identify fraud, waste and abuse to enhance health sustainability.
