Job Description
Responsibilities
- Implement Supply Chain Finance and SME model in the bank.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, analysis of functional specifications and data analysis for ADIB and manage projects.
- Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and track issues.
- Manage detailed requirements from business users for large‑scale projects and enhancements.
- Document business requirements, change requests, vendor service levels and quality.
- Develop functional and program specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation for Cash Management projects.
- Provide technical support assessments and reports, propose recommendations, mitigate risks and address audit points.
- Track projects/BAU requests/CRS, monitor incidents and problem tickets, and close them before breach.
