Director, Patient Experience Data & Analytics

The Director, PX Data & Analytics is an analytical and technical expert responsible for transforming patient experience (PX) data into actionable insights that drive performance across markets and hospitals. This role oversees the full lifecycle of data—including collection, administration, validation, advanced analysis, and reporting—while ensuring the integrity, scalability, and reliability of data systems. The Director enables data-driven decision-making through analytics at scale and ensures full compliance with CMS HCAHPS regulatory requirements and reporting.

This leader manages the enterprise PX survey data ecosystem, including survey platforms, databases, workflows, and reporting pipelines, while ensuring precision in timely regulatory submissions, audit readiness, and cross-system reporting.
