Overview

The Director, Payroll Transformation leads the design, implementation, and modernization of enterprise payroll systems and processes across the organization. This role is accountable for delivering large-scale payroll transformation initiatives, with a focus on SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring system accuracy, operational continuity, and alignment across Human Resources, Technology, and Finance.

As a key leader within the transformation program, this role provides oversight and direction across all phases of payroll system delivery, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
