Key Responsibilities Strategy Coordination & Execution – Support the VP P&O; NA & US in shaping and aligning the regional and US‑specific P&O; strategy. Drive execution of strategic initiatives across both scopes, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Develop high‑impact executive presentations and strategic communications for internal and external stakeholders. Project & Program Management – Lead and manage cross‑functional projects in organizational development, talent, and transformation. Balance regional and US priorities, ensuring effective resource allocation and milestone tracking.
