About the Role

The Director of Performance & Strategy at Moove is responsible for driving business performance planning discipline and execution across markets. This role owns the end-to‑end performance management cycle, including running business reviews, leading planning processes, and identifying and driving resolution of key performance issues in partnership with market and functional teams. You will act as a strategic partner to local teams supporting critical decisions on growth, profitability, pricing and expansion while aligning cross‑functional stakeholders. The role also leads key strategic initiatives such as new market launches, new business lines (e.g., AV) and other growth opportunities, ensuring disciplined execution from planning through implementation.
