We’re searching for a proven procurement leader from the foodservice distribution industry to take ownership of purchasing, supplier performance, and inventory health for a high‑volume, fast‑moving operation.

If you know how to drive Service, Fill Rate, Shrink, and Obsolete Inventory in a billion‑dollar environment — this role puts you at the center of the operation.

What You’ll Lead

  • Oversee all buying, supplier service, shrink, and obsolete inventory
  • Lead and develop a team of 8-10 Buyers
  • Own the KPIs that define customer experience: Service + Fill Rate
  • Build a standardized category management platform
  • Strengthen supplier partnerships and drive accountability
  • Improve forecasting, purchasing discipline, and inbound reliability
