Director, Product - Enterprise Integration Services

The Product Director for Enterprise Integration Services (EIS) in the Client/Advisor space partners with the Engineering Director to lead product teams that deliver enterprise API capabilities for moving data efficiently and accurately from multiple Systems of Record (SORs) to Thrivent’s Systems of Engagement (SOEs). This role also partners with the Product Director for EIS Product and Platform to define the EIS portfolio’s experience and capability strategy, vision, roadmap, and go-to-market approach.

In this role you will lead team planning, portfolio prioritization and sequencing, and delivery of high-quality outcomes across multiple teams. You will apply an entrepreneurial mindset to drive business value, partnering with peers in EIS and across SOR and SOE domains to deliver high-value features and products for Thrivent clients and advisors.
