This role is responsible for leading and delivering a global innovation program focused on ingredients used in coating, filling, and beverages, with a specific emphasis on fats. The position manages a team of product experts, oversees the global fat portfolio for the BC organization, and directs the Compound Science Lab within the Global Innovation Center, Singapore.
