**Regional & Strategic Leadership**

+ Define and execute a comprehensive APAC & China Professional Education strategy aligned with global education priorities and regional business objectives.
+ Direct execution of regional education strategies and develop sub-functional operational plans that drive measurable impact on adoption, utilization, and commercial performance.
+ Serve as the APAC strategic lead for KOL engagement and faculty development, building sustainable partnerships with regional thought leaders and academic societies.
