We are looking for an experienced Qualitative Research Director to head our Qualitative department in Dubai, UAE.

What you’ll be doing:

• Interpret qualitative research data to tell compelling stories and identify patterns.
• Deliver analysis and forecasting to support organisational improvements.
• Collect, organise and present data for internal teams as well as key clients.
• Produce qualitative research reports while showcasing qualitative models, dashboards and ad-hoc analysis.
• Lead qualitative research projects, manage P&L and manage a team of 10 direct and indirect reports.

The ideal skills & experience:

• Substantial experience in qualitative research and data interpretation at a senior level.
