The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digitaland AItechnologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agentassistanceand more.

This individual will also have experience and knowledge of the contact center as a service space (CCaaS), a proventrack recordin sales leadership, and a passion for driving growth in the customer experience (CX) market.
