DIRECTOR, SHORE OPERATIONS - N3

Summary You will serve as the Director, Shore Operations in the Department of the Navy Commander Navy Installations Command (N3). You will serve as principal advisor to CNIC on all operational matters for Navy Installations and will be responsible for developing shore strategies, plans, and policies related to shore installation management. Responsibilities You will identify, oversee and direct enterprise-wide efficiency initiatives and cost reduction plans, including joint, inter-service and interagency initiatives and efficiency actions. You will approve the authorized equipment, training standards and billet training requirements, and table of allowances for programs in support of TYCOM man, train, and equip duties. You will analyze CNIC financial and performance data, metrics, and other business data to determine cost effectiveness and to assess the impact or feasibility of various service delivery alternatives.
