Director of Site Quality at a global leader in the medical devices sector, responsible for site quality strategy, regulatory compliance, and quality performance at a flagship manufacturing site.

Reporting to the Global Head of Quality, this role offers full ownership of site quality strategy, regulatory compliance, and quality performance within a complex, regulated environment. As Quality Management Representative, you’ll set direction for the QMS, influence senior stakeholders, and embed a strong, sustainable quality culture across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing quality organisation; partner closely with Operations and Global functions to ensure products meet international regulatory standards.
• Own the site quality strategy and QMS; ensure regulatory compliance and quality performance within a highly regulated environment.
