**Position Overview**

Autodesk is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Engineering Director specializing in 3D Geometry to lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of advanced 3D geometry components that support our suite of design and engineering products.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and mentor several teams of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Conduct regular meetings and 1-1 discussions with the development managers on the team, and skip-level 1-1s with a select group of technical leaders
+ Oversee the design, development, and deployment of 3D geometry algorithms and solutions
+ Working closely with Product Management, drive the strategic vision and roadmap for 3D geometry within Autodesk's product ecosystem
