**Job Duties:** Serves as a key leader within Global Business Services (GBS) Sourcing, focused on the U.S. market. Drives the sourcing vision, mission, and strategy while ensuring operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment. Aligns U.S. priorities with global Sourcing Excellence & Transformation (SE&T) initiatives and reports directly to the Vice President, Head of Purchasing in the U.S. Enhances Boehringer Ingelheim’s sourcing capabilities through excellence, transformation, and innovation.
