Overview
Role Profile: We are looking for a proven product leader and innovator to lead the FX Swap business within LSEG.
Based in the London offices of LSEG.
Key responsibilities
- Provide industry-level leadership and strategic thought about the strategic direction of the FX Swap market
- Drive a team of Product Managers and Sales Specialists to deliver on a strategic growth plan
- Hold ultimate accountability for the revenue from interbank FX Swaps at LSEG
- Manage and deliver on product development programmes within a complex ecosystem and where client expectations leave little room for error
- Be clear in delivering to Senior Management a strategy that is logical and understandable. Show strong reporting skills in the progress of that strategy
