Director Surgical Services

A Director of Surgical Services is needed at a 388-bed hospital in San Jose, CA, recognized with its 5th consecutive Outstanding Achievement Award from the Commission on Cancer and serving as a Primary Stroke Center.


The role. Reporting to the VP of Surgical Services, this director leads OR operations across 12 operating rooms supporting service lines including General, Spine, Orthopedics, Open Heart, and Neurosurgery, with a robotics platform that includes 2 Globus, 2 Mako, 1 Rosa, and 4 DaVinci systems. The director oversees a team of approximately 50–55 FTEs supported by 1 manager.
