Role Overview

The Director, Tech Transfer is a senior leadership role within Technical Operations, responsible for defining and executing the global process and analytical technology transfer strategy across the product lifecycle. The position ensures the robust, compliant, and scalable transfer of manufacturing processes and analytical methods across development, internal manufacturing sites, and external partners, enabling successful commercialization, lifecycle management, and manufacturing network optimization.

Strategy & Governance

Define and continuously evolve the global Tech Transfer strategy covering established process and analytical methods aligned with portfolio, lifecycle, and manufacturing network priorities. Establish and govern standardized frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for Tech Transfer. Provide strategic input to manufacturing footprint, capacity planning, and long‑term operational strategy.
