Director, Web Strategy

Job Description Summary Reporting to and working closely with the Associate Vice President of Marketing and Digital Strategy in Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMC), the Director of Web Strategy is a strategic partner helping to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the university’s web presence to enhance user experience, and digital engagement. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, web design and development experience, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure Chapman’s websites align with strategic goals and delivers measurable results. This role is both strategic and operational—client-facing with campus leaders and hands-on with the internal web and other SMC team members.
