Director/Assistant Director, Leasing & Commercial Optimization

Role & Responsibilities:

Support Leasing head to:

• Shape and execute the leasing strategy to drive Leasing P&L and revenue growth, align leasing plans with broader destination strategies to increase visitorship, dwell time, and conversion.
• Lead commercial performance across tenants and internal business units through sales & marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions to lift awareness and conversion.
• Curate and deliver on‑site activations, programmes, and events that drive footfall, engagement, and repeat visitation.
• Optimize tenant mix, space planning, and operational elements—including signage and wayfinding—to improve circulation, dwell time, commercial performance, and overall guest experience.
• Support sourcing, and curation of tenants to deliver a differentiated, high‑performing mix aligned to target segments, IR strategy, and commercial objectives.
