Would you like to opportunity of a brand new role working as a Clinical Governance & Risk Practitioner for the Directorate? This role involves working closely with CGRP colleagues in the Division and with colleagues across the Pharmacy Psychological Medicine & Sterile Services (PPMSS) Directorate. This role encompasses incident management, risk management, clinical audit and clinical effectiveness programmes. An excellent working knowledge of PSIRF and human factors and systems analysis is essential.

Main duties of the job

The appointee will assist theLead Governance Pharmacist to develop robust systems and processes in relation to clinical governance and quality, as required by CQC and NHSI or other regulators.
