Disability Support Worker: Empowering Community Living

Lancashire County Council is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the West Lancashire District Adult Disability Domiciliary Service. This full-time role involves supporting adults with disabilities to live fulfilling lives in their own homes. You will engage with individuals to facilitate community activities, provide personal care, and support their daily needs with dignity.

A motivated approach and a willingness to learn are essential. Training for the QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care will be provided if not already obtained.
