In this position, you will support individuals with a disability in a friendly Supported Independent Living (SIL) home, helping them live independently and achieve their personal goals. From assisting with daily routines to providing encouragement and companionship, every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference.
We offercasualand permanent part-time positions, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits your lifestyle. Shifts include sleepovers, weekends, and split shifts perfect for balancing work, study, or family commitments.
Depending on your skills, interests, and availability, additional opportunities may be available across our other services — including In Home Support, Community Access, Youth Programs, and Day Programs.
