Service Title: Operational Resilience Officer
Report To
Responsiveness & Recovery Manager
Mission / Service Purpose
Context: The Global Technology Resilience team aims to guarantee the Continuity of critical services by verifying the existence and operability of recovery solutions both with our partners and internally, so that they can be activated at any time and allow users to continue their activities according to the conditions defined in particular following a disaster. This includes the Crisis Management process and its maintenance under such conditions.
Missions
- Coordinate DR Tests including preparation, execution and report
- Collect evidence
- Coordinate remediation actions
- Control and execute ITSCM process respecting the Operational Resilience requirements
- Manage relationship with entities located in Asia
