ResponsibilitiesMaintain synchronization between Production and DR environments for payments products, ensuring changes/configurations implemented in Production are simultaneously implemented in DR environment.Create SOPs as per industry best standards for week‐long true failovers, ensuring the customer can run their business seamlessly from the DR environment for a week.Ensure documentation (deployment diagrams, internal and client‐facing runbooks) is timely updated, maintained, and peer‐reviewed.When Production/UAT issues are reported by the client or implementation team, address them within acceptable timelines and implement the same changes in DR simultaneously.Debug system logs and produce technical solutions associated with data flow or performance aspects.Work closely with the implementation team to understand process flow, solution challenges, if any, and implement/support a seamless sync between Production and DR infrastructure.Collaborate with implementation and product te...
