Discipline Support Officer (Hougang)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preliminary investigations and fact-finding on student incidents
• Conduct interviews with students, staff, and witnesses; review CCTV where required
• Collect statements and prepare structured incident reports for school leaders
• Support follow-up actions and communicate approved outcomes to students
• Conduct restorative and reflection sessions with students involved in discipline cases
• Supervise detention, recess, and event suspension sessions
• Ensure discipline rules are followed during detention periods
• Maintain attendance and behavioural records for all sessions
• Monitor student behaviour during recess and after-school hours
• Patrol school premises (play areas, side gates) to ensure safety and order
• Support any additional student management or administrative duties as assigned
