Job Description
Key Objectives
- Support daily discipline structures and supervision.
- Maintain a visible presence across school spaces (e.g. corridors, canteen) through systematic patrols to support student behaviour and safety.
- Respond promptly to emerging discipline cases during the school day.
- Support the implementation of school routines and expectations (e.g. grooming checks, late‑coming monitoring, etc.) to reinforce a culture of self‑discipline.
- Ensure timely and consistent case investigation and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct fair, objective, and thorough investigations into student discipline cases.
- Support the implementation of disciplinary actions such as detention, school service, in‑house suspension, behavioural monitoring, and other discipline‑related follow‑ups.
