Program Overview
Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – starting 5th October 2026 and ending 1st October 2027.
Recruitment and Selection
We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.
The selection process will take place from April 2026 until July 2026.
Program Structure
The internship consists of studying a Master, organized in three training blocks that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship will start in early October 2026 and last 11 months.
It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) and you will receive an attractive study grant.
