Dish Machine Operator/Prep Cook

JOB SUMMARY

The Dish Machine Operator (DMO) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels by using both mechanical and manual cleaning methods in accordance with Gyu Kaku standards. Sets-up, maintains, and breaks-down the Dish machine area following Gyu Kaku procedures.
