Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher/Porter to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and restaurant while supporting daily operations. The Dishwasher/Porter will report directly to the Head Chef and Commissary Manager and assist with all cleaning and sanitation needs.
Responsibilities:
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
Sweep, mop, and sanitize kitchen, storage, and work areas
Organize kitchen supplies, equipment, and storage spaces
Receive and properly store deliveries and inventory
Remove trash and recycling and maintain waste disposal areas
