Job Description
The Dishwasher is an essential part of the kitchen and service operation, responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, equipment, and utensils to maintain the highest food safety and hygiene standards. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong sense of cleanliness.
Responsibilities- Operate industrial dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Wash, rinse, and sanitise all crockery, cutlery, cookware, and service equipment
- Sort and return clean items to correct storage locations promptly
- Remove rubbish, food waste, and dispose of in line with waste management procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the ware washing area, including floors, drains, and surfaces
- Monitor and report dishwasher temperatures and chemical levels to the Dishwashing Supervisor
