Job Description
Company based in Johannesburg is seeking a full time Dispatch Clerk to handle all orders upon completion. Strong administrative skills, must have Pastel experience and have hands on experience working and experience safely operating a forklift in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating the movement of orders and services in our warehouse once an order has been completed. You will be the liaison between professional drivers, customers, and the company dispatch department. You will oversees the scheduling, staging, tracking and reporting of the days activities and interfaces with customers and other department staff. The position requires an ability to communicate information clearly, and keep a constant focus on the work.
You will be responsible for route planning to ensure efficient logistics is actioned for excellent delivery and cost control.
