Responsibilities Operate an efficient distribution centre by implementing optimal processes and procedures to minimise costs and maximise working capital. Manage all aspects of stock handling from picking orders to shipping and dispatching of parcels and associated processes. Plan daily, weekly, and monthly inbound and outbound operations, including resource planning, departmental organisational design, relief planning, seasonal planning, and adherence to plans. Maintain housekeeping standards with OHS Officer engagement and audit of departmental standards in accordance with business objectives. Allocate resources effectively and efficiently at lowest cost according to changing needs.
