Job Description
- You ensure smooth and timely handling of shipments, including tracking and accurate delivery or clearance when required.
- You process data accurately and promptly in the operational system and follow the export workflow daily.
- You are responsible for correct and timely billing to customers and suppliers.
- You maintain professional contact with customers and suppliers, building sustainable relationships.
- You consistently work according to internal procedures and external regulations, monitor KPIs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- You contribute to process optimization, ensure SOPs are up to date, and communicate clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a solid knowledge of the logistics sector (e.g., Incoterms, cargo flows, Dangerous Goods).
