Job Responsibilities

1. Compensation calculation

1.1. Ensure all payments paid the sales force, including income tax, other income, deduction, etc. are calculated and paid following the company’s policies and compensation scheme as set out by Distribution department.

1.2. Review e-payment request and agent income adjustments, ensure proper approval and documentation.
