Responsibilities
-Collaborate with leadership on financial and operational planning, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and branch performance analysis.
-Lead and support branch employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and aligned with company policies and health and safety standards.
-Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, ensuring strong team performance, collaboration, and clear communication across divisional leaders and internal teams.
