Proudly South African manufacturer of household cleaning, plastic ware, garden ware and hardware products seeks Distribution Manager to oversee daily operations of the region's warehouse and manage the 3rd party logistics providers for customer deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities Manage 3rd party logistics providers according to SLAs and targets Monitor and improve daily delivery progress, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective solutions Monthly damaged returns and late delivery analysis Manage and optimize distribution cost efficiencies Manage reverse logistics and administration process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of PODs, credits, and credit queries Manage inter-warehouse 3rd party logistics Oversee warehouse operations, including optimizing warehouse layout, minimizing stock losses, planning and coordinating stock takes, and implementing improvement initiatives Implement staff performance management and development pro...
