Distribution Planner

Permanent position in Tuas, Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm). Salary up to $3800 + AWS + Incentives.

• Convert sales forecast into supply needs, plan and coordinate product allocation for each customer.
• Actively participate in the S&OP process to align sales forecast, financial plan, and launch plan with shipment/stocking processes.
• Maintain distribution (export) records and monitor pending shipments.
• Ensure optimal stock availability by working closely with the cross‑functional team, including Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, and Supplier.
• Analyze and resolve stock allocation issues in a timely fashion.
• Review and recommend improvements to current product distribution parameters.
