Responsibilities

District Fitness Management (40% of the time):

• Ensure that members have access to best‑in‑class fitness education, programs and training and that this aligns with company fitness philosophy and service standards.
• Ensure the fitness team is providing best‑in‑class scientific programs and in‑person training to their clients.
• Achieve monthly fitness revenue targets by coaching and developing the fitness team to attain targets.
• Review business plans and work schedules; ensure company procedures and practices are followed during the sale, servicing and reporting of sessions.
• Accurately administer Personal Training digital files, measurement tracking and workout programs.
